NORTHERN BOTTLENOSE WHALES IN SKJÁLFANDI BAY

One of the most exciting sightings of the season!  Northern bottlenose whales are among the most mysterious cetaceans in the North Atlantic. These deep-diving beaked whales can dive to depths of more than 2000 meters while searching for squid in the deep ocean.
