END OF SEASON 2019

minke, seal and dolphin

Yet another great whale watching season has come to an end.

We'd like to thank all our passengers for having joined our tours, but also our crew on land and on the boats for coming from near and far to make the tours possible. Last, we of course also thank our co-operators for another great and successful season.

Our last month of whale watching has been truly amazing: the weather allowed us to sail every single day of it whilst numerous whales have visited Skjálfandi Bay through these days.
Our final tour finished with the sights of two gorgeous minke whales, a group of dolphins (whose calves were giving quite a show as they jumped about) as well as a seal which was feasting on some fish that it caught beneath the surface at Fiskisker (The Fish Rock), a pinnacle off the mountain range Kinnarfjöll (Cheek Mountains).

We all can't wait for season 2020 to come and hope to welcome you aboard very soon!

After an indeed very short break, we'll start over with our scheduled tours by the 1st of March!

Already now you can find more information on our tours and timetable as well as book your whale watching adventure for next year here.
