OCEAN DIAMOND IS BACK
Last week the cruise ship “Ocean Diamond” started its annual sailing route around Iceland. Which means that every ten days it comes for a visit here in Húsavík!
The passengers gets the chance to experience the town, and of course to see the whales here in the whale watching capital of Iceland.
This Wednesday was the first time of the season that Ocean Diamond docked in the harbor of Húsavík. It´s always fun to have a lot of visitors in town, and we gladly welcome them aboard our boats.
At eight in the morning we set off on our first tours of the day. Our crew welcomed the passengers and they were excited to let them see the whales up close and personal. The weather couldn’t have been better and the whale watching was a success! Humpback whales were to be seen all over the bay, and we even saw some Minke whales and porpoises as well!
We are happy to have Iceland ProCruises "Ocean Diamond" back and we welcome them with open arms!
