LIVE NEWS: HUMPBACK IS BACK IN OUR BAY

Our captain Pétur just reported the great news that they on board our oak boat Sylvía currently are watching a humpback whale in the western part of our bay.

Humpbacks have generally been one of our most frequently sighted whale species during the last years. However, so far this season we have had more minke whales and white-beaked dolphins around – like on today's morning tour and during the last days.

We hope that the humpbacks soon will start visiting us more often as they are very beautiful and fun gentle giants to watch.
