NOVEMBER WHALE WATCHING CONTINUES TO BE SUCCESSFUL

A short report on our whale sightings and tours of the past week – written by guide Miro:

November has started very well here in Skjálfandi Bay with two to three humpback whales being seen on our "GG1 Whale Watching" tours. Along that, we‘ve also been quite lucky about the weather conditions on most of the days. Obviously temperatures have dropped, but this country isn‘t called Iceland for fun I assume! If you are coming past Húsavík, your chances of meeting these angels of the ocean are still very good! So bring good mood, warm clothes and hopefully Mother Nature continues to reward us for some more time!

We continue going out for one more week (until the 15th of November) departing daily at 10:45 from Húsavík‘s harbour.

Here are some photos of our sightings of these days as well as of our happy passengers.
