LOADS OF TOURS, WHALE WATCHERS AND WHALES
After we had to cancel all our departures due to bad sea conditions yesterday (08.07.16) we could sail as scheduled today. As on many days throughout the last weeks we added several extra departures on our RIB speed boats for the "GG2 Big Whale Safari and Puffins". As our high season is in full swing, Húsavík is getting very busy. Whale watchers are coming from all the over the world to see majestic giants as for example humpback whales in Skjálfandi Bay.
Also today our boats were lucky about several great humpback sightings as well as about watching minke whales and dolphins feeding at the mountains.
