TO GET AN IDEA
During our tours passengers often notice and complement our beautiful surroundings. Joining a trip at many whale watching locations in the world means leaving land out of sight, searching for whales, seeing nothing but open ocean. Fortunately we do not have to leave our bay in search for whales, as they come to us.
We do most of our tours on Skjálfandi bay, where you watch whales surrounded by amazing scenery. On one side the Mountains of Kinn rise up from the surface with tops covered by snow all year round (1200 metres high). On the opposite side of the bay lies our beautiful home town Húsavík which in June is embedded in an ocean of blue lupines, visible during the whole whale watching tour.
